Doc Tango

Documents for South America 12-22 Zenith sailing arrived. I like our guaranteed outside cabin and couldn't be happier with its placement. The ship is sold out and I'm told about half of the cruisers are from South America. I have always enjoyed cruismates from Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. I have a feeling Las Posadas (Xmas) and the New Years celebrations on board will be pretty much an up-beat party time.

I guess it's time to really start singing "Don't Cry for Me Argentina" and doing the tango, gringo style. (One, two three, tango, dot.)

I can't wait to see all of the penguins in Patagonia, etc. I think I feel like dancing. Poor David won't know what to do with me for the next five weeks.

Chuck, looks like I'll be sailing into Buenos Aires on a trans-Atlantic route the same day you leave port. I'll give you a wave from the Marco Polo as we pass by! :-)

Oops, I keep getting it backwards. We're in Rio for Christmas and Buenos Aires for New Years. [embarrassed]

Congratulations on the doc tango, Chuck. Sounds like a great exotic cruise. I'll be looking forward to the reports when you return.
