Good Tuesday Morning...When it Rains, it pours!!

Good Morning folks. It is a lovely 16 degrees here in the "Burgh"......my car's thermostat decided to quit this morning. Yesterday hubby's truck would not start....had to get a new battery. On the way home from that purchase, his clutch went! So now it is in the shop getting a new clutch. What a way to return to "normal" life after such a great cruise last week. Isn't it grand??????? I hope you all have a much better day than we are! Stay warm.

Morning, Mary Lou! It is 13 and snowing here in Milwaukee this AM.......sure feels and looks a lot like Christmas! lol

Stop wimpering!!! This Floridian is on his way to DC for an expected 3-6" of SNOW! I know you guys deal with this all the time but I had to actually dig out a coat and gloves!!

Good Morning cruisemates. I think it might be 60 something outside and their is a drizzly rain. Not cold to me but most Texans will be shivering. BUT, you northeners remember us in July when you are enjoying a sunny 85 while we are hibernating inside with the AC, trying to survive 100 degrees! lol

Good morning gang! Mary-Lou I am so sorry to hear about your car problems! I hope no other problems will follow.

It is cold here in Florida bbrrrr.Had the heater on again in the car this morning.I am kind of wondering how we will survive Germany and the snow

Mike you are right to think and remind us of others who might not have enough to put a nice holiday together.Many many years ago we did not have enough to heat our home and we had help.So now that we have enough it is time to give to others

Guten morgen, yes it is cold in NC also 4o right now, but we had freezing temp. Sunday night and my summer flowers are history.
Can anybody tell me what happened to Susan in Germany, have not seen a post from her since coming back from Cruise and land visit. Hope she did not have another accident. Have a nice day Auguste

Good and cold mornig to you all.. 12F here in Rochester, NY and 10 inches of lake effect snow. I tired to set up a sales trip to FLA but it seems that most of the folks I need to see....are headed north....duh....anyone in the north see something wrong with that idea? Trip now sceduled for Jan. Maybe Tom's restaurant will be open by then.

Mary Lou: I hate car trouble. Hope yours works out quickly and inexpensively.

Good morning everyone. Sunny and warming up in central Florida - high today should be 73, tomorrow 79. Sorry to torture all you northerners, just remember you're welcome to visit anytime.

Good Morning Cruisemates

Sun is shining and the temps are freezing here in Wisconsin. Good to be home though.

ML-so sorry to hear about your car problems. It's true when it comes to cars everything seems to go wrong at once. Hope this is the last of the trouble for you.

Got a call from my brother in W.Palm yesterday and my mom's alzheimers seems to be getting bad fast. It looks like it may be time to get her in a place where she can be cared for. Just hoping things stay stable until I get down there in January otherwise I'll be heading back to Florida sooner.

Hope all your car troubles are worked out Mary Lou, not a good thing in winter! I should be out shoveling but don't really feel like it! Maybe another cup of coffee will get me moving!

Welcome back, Phyll, sorry to hear about your mom, I'll be thinking of you!

All of you Florida and warm weather folks, I'm going to whine a little about the weather. Normally I like winter but after being on the Golden . . . . . major adjustment!

But 3 months to the Brilliance!
