I've not been there myself, but my guess would be "yes" to the hair braiding. Seems you can find it ion every port. Just be careful of the cost. Make sure you know if the price is a "one price" or if it is for EACH braid. I've heard a few people who were shocked hearing the price after having their entire head braided.

Also, be careful and bring your own comb.....I don't know if I would trust their disinfecting solutions.......

Those hair braiding people are very very pushy. I don't have any hair <very short> so they had to leave me alone. But they hounded my kids wow We never did it because I just don't trust them to lay hands on my kids.....

In Nassau it was $2.00 a braid.

You can bargain if there are more people doing it.

As said above take your own comb.

Vera, since that is RCCL's private island, if you want to have it done, i would trust the person doing it. The price is usually per strand.

I was told never to do that. That's the best way to spread lice. They use the same combs over and over. The travel agents will warn people. Think twice. Have fun!!

I had a few braids done in Nassau. They are gressive in approaching ou, but nice. I wanted it done on my way back to the ship, so I got a card from some one. She was very kind when I told her I would be back. Then I had many questions to ask about where to go in town & she was very helpful. I came back to see her & was still being bombarded as she was braiding my hair!!! But, everyone has to make a living some how.
