Default Goodevening/night/morning!

to you all, it is 00.35 sunday morning, while you are still in the evening.
Obviously I cannot sleep, so I start an early rise topic for the ones who might creep/lurk on this board (G).

The countdown is getting serious now and the holiday spirit is creeping upon me. Tomorrow (when I wake up that is) we start packing the summerstuff we do not need, get our snorkeling gear together. Today I did my final souvenir shopping for our friends in Florida and that was fun. I had to travel half way Amsterdam, because my favorite shop no longer exists, they left without telling me .....
When I walked downtown in the winter sun, I suddenly realised that it was really only a matter of days and then a smile got on my face that is still there. The only "worry" is that our docs are not in yet, so we can't dance for now.

Oh well, we leave anyway.

Warning for the Floridians: when we leave the ship we stay in Florida for a week at our friends place, so beware ......... I might creep behind your back and booooohh!!!

Good morning from Orlando...another cool start to the day but that's ok. Last nights lobsters were wonderful and a fun way to celebrate Dad's 84th! Not much planned for the day......yahoo!

Good morning everyone!

Another crisp day in NE Illinois, I'll be thinking of all those cruisers in Florida today!

Another day of staying in, still trying to beat this cough and being out in the cold air doesn't do it alot of good!

Have a great day!

Susie

Morning all from Florida. I can't believe your cruise is so close Jacqueline, it seems like it was such a long time off just a few weeks ago. Congratulations.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat. Hope it's not the beginning of a cold. I'm on business travel for a week tomorrow and don't like having to be in a hotel room while battling the aches and stuffiness of a cold. Oh well, we'll see.

Happy sailing to all.

Regards,
Thomas

Good Morning to all CruiseMates. Jacqueline, for you it is afternoon by now! I know all you birthday bashers are probably in the air by now, but if you happen to see this, I wish you a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. We'll keep things going for you here. Happy Sunday to all.

After a multitude of over-the-counter medicines and aspirin the soar throat is still here. With me it always starts with a sore throat, and then the sneezing, stuffiness, aches come afterwards. I guess it's here to stay. Darn, I hate going up north in January with a cold! ! ! ! ! !

Regards,
Thomas (who moved to Florida to leave Old Man Winter)
