Default Booked on a "land cruise"

Although I guess I should call it a "air/land cruise"... my mom and I are going to Europe in July. A cousin of mine is getting married in Belgium, so we are going for the wedding. Although it's really just an excuse to travel over there again.

My mom and I are both real anglophiles, so we will be spending most of the week we're over there in Britain. Still deciding what combination of things to see and do.

Anyway, I'm excited we finally booked... prices were good... so I wanted to share.

Cheers,
Michelle B.

Michelle,
There are canals over in Europe (England/France) that
you and your mom could take cruises on. I believe that
I saw this on the travel channel. Then your trip would
be a sea (used loosely)/air/land cruise. Oh, by the way
thanks for finally getting a countdown clock going, I
thought that would never happen.

re; as-yet-unbooked HONEYMOON cruise!

Have fun and take some pics to post.

Mark

As you can see from my attempt below I'm trying to add a picture
to my signature. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Congrats Michelle... Britain and Belgium should be very nice in July. We're doing three days in England in May, post Contellation cruise. I'll see if I can offer some great suggestions after that

Regards,
Kuki

Thanks everyone. I used to live in London and we've both been to Britain many times, but there are still so many things we want to see and do it's tough to narrow it down. Neither of us has been to Belgium so that should be interesting.

Cheers,
Michelle B.

Hi Michelle, oh lucky you, going to Europe! My hubby, who is a Brit, took me "home" about 6 years ago, and we saw an awful lot of England (and Wales) in 7 days. The highlight for me was a visit to Liverpool (!) and a visit to the Beatles' museum and the "Magical Mystery Tour" bus ride that takes you all over the old Liverpool haunts, and homes, of the Fab Four. A real MUST for any Beatle fan! Also, if you're in London, check out the live "Broadway" shows. We saw one called "Starlight Express" (Andrew Lloyd Webber) that was about steam trains and the whole thing was performed on roller skates! Since my hubby is a steam train addict, and me, rollerskating addict, well you can imagine how great that was! Have fun over there, and enjoy the wedding too!
Donna.
