Default Puppy is home!!

Hurray! My poor sick puppy is doing much better and she came home from hospital today. I will try to attach a photo, but if it doesn't work, I'll put it in the photo gallery. It was taken the day of her surgery, with her nurse.

Donna

Donna: I'm glad your puppy is back home. She looks happy in the pic. Now that she is home, I hope you can get some rest.

Cute mutt, Donna! And Mike, I guess I'm pretty lucky with my lab mix (must be the mix that keeps him healthier! lol) - only have had one or two problems crop up in the almost 6 years we've had him.

Donna,
Great news, thanks for letting us know, she's a beauty. Glad everything turned out OK and she's home with you, makes for a faster recovery when they are back with their owners, at least it was for mine a few weeks ago.

Take care.

No, Mike, she doesn't need the big collar for the foot long incision, but I had to put it on her for awhile beause she was chewing the shaved patches on both paws where the I.V.'s were. What she really needs is a diaper! Because of the mushy diet and all the antibiotics, she's got a bad case of diarrhea! Still, it's wonderful to have her home...

Donna

I'm so glad to hear the pup is doing well. It's such a relief to see her getting better. Congratulations.
