Default Change in Cruise Plans!

Instead of the Fantasy in two weeks we have decided to go on the Imagination out of Miami. Same date and still Carnival but four nights instead of three, and two ports, Key West and Cozumel, for the exact same price! What a deal. So far four of our friends have signed on to go with us. I'm getting more excited about this cruise than about the house! Is that wrong?

Edited to change my countdown clock to the new ship!

Cheers,
Michelle B.

Michelle:

Congrats!! However, what about the "as-yet-unbooked honeymoon cruise?" Still no plans....cold feet...don't want to commit....

.... to a cruise (not Mark)!

Darn, Michelle. I was going to quiz you on the Fantasy when you returned since it's been a year since we've been on her. Oh well, we'll just have to go anyway.

Regards,
Thomas

Michelle,

There is nothing wrong with having two things to be excited about, that's TWO different types of excitements!!! I envy you!!

Great news Michelle

I'm glad you could take advantage of the better deal. I'll be looking forward to hearing how you like the ship and the short cruise.

Ha ha Marc - I am waiting to book that one until I have an upswing in my personal finances. Closing on a house (and purchasing all the stuff the house needs) and buying this small cruise have really put a drain on me! Probably won't be until midsummer that I book that one.

Thomas, now you'll have to just go yourself! Maybe you can get a last-minute discount sailing between now and June?

Phyll, this cruise has the exact same itinerary as my first cruise, on the Jubilee almost a year before to the date. I really enjoyed that one. Now, since I've since sampled the delights of seven-day cruises, this one may be too short!

Cheers,
Michelle B.

Sounds good to me....however I am somewhat disappointed. When it said change of cruise plans, thought I'd get to meet you in Hawaii on the Dawn Princess, bout the same time frame, how bout it!

Wish I could, CA, but I just can't take that much time off! (Plus adding airfare would make the price prohibitive.) Have fun without me.

I hope we will get to cruise together someday, though, you sound like a very interesting person!

Cheers,
Michelle B.

Congrats! Great deal- an extra cruise day is always a bonus! You can be excited - while cruising gives you wonderful adventerous memories, your home gives you everything else- and a lifetime of memories (tears and joy and everything life brings to your plate).

Home is where you'll always go - after your cruises! Get excited, you have so much to look forward to right now - enjoy it all!

Yay!

Wow, lucky you Michelle! We loved the Imagination when we did the New Year's cruise just recently. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful. Enjoy your cruise!
