It's TIP Night but we don't have to get off the ship tomorro

One of the oddities of this itinerary. Tonight was tip night even though we're not debarking the ship tomorrow.
But.. it is a full day in Paris, and with the ship leaving late for England, tomorrow night is open seating. I explained to our service staff that traditional tipping is so ho hum we prefer to give them gifts from home instead. This is the picture of Mel & Horny with their gifts. They weren't smiling until I told them I was kidding about the instead of part.

Great pic. Which ones which??? both look horni..something to think about...Why is it called Alcoholics Anonymous when the first thing you do is stand up and say, 'My name is Bob, and I am an alcoholic'? Continued great times..

Actually the T shirts are part of a Molson's beer ad campaign that's been dragging on for years... sort of like the "King of Beer" stuff in the US.
Since I'm in the bar business I take a lot of this promo stuff on all my cruises to give away as gifts.
People really seem to enjoy them.... as long as they're not INSTEAD of tips .

Yea really, we all know how Parisians feel about us Americans. Good joke on waiter and asst. Something odd about saying "Here you go Horny". Have fun with the Parisites.

Kuki, I want one too! Can't find those proudly Canadian T-shirts here in Quebec, it's almost anti-religious! We have American relatives who recently asked us to send them Canadian T-shirts for their cruise and travel abroad, and we couldn't find them any! Had to have special ones made up at a T-shirt print shop for heaven's sakes!

Wink, wink, Kuki is in the bar business. Then how does he explain the 500 cases of Canadian 2-4 empties on his back porch? "Honestly, I only buy them for the t-shirts!"

Kuki, those are great! Hope they enjoy your sense of humor, too!!! :-) Most of us do!!!

Donna, maybe Kuki can send you a t-shirt or you just need to get on a "mates" cruise, he always has them! I have a cool one from the hotel, everyone asks me about it!

Enjoy Paris, should be fun! Be careful with your sense of humor though, they may not get it!
