Default Sail Away, Sail Away, Sail Away ...

Off I go again on another "Bay Loop", this time on the delicious little American Eagle.

<http://www.americancruiselines.com/eagle.htm>

I boarded her fleetmate, American Glory, when we were both alongside at St. Michael's and said, "Gotta!"

Even with my history of attracting bad weather, it just CANNOT rain for another solid week on the Bay.

There has been one semi-sunshiny day since I got back from Grande Caribe. Am I packing the foul-weather gear? You betcha.

The itinerary includes a day at Colonial Willimsburg and visits to Tangier Island and Crisfield. Both Essential Bay for me.

Queeg will collect me a week from Saturday in Baltimore and I have a little (snicker) Father's Day surprise in store for him.

Wow, Pam, seems like you don't stay on dry land very long anymore! Have a great cruise.

Cheers,

Way to go Pam. Let us know how you like it. The eagle will be in Jacksonville for the winter and I might have to try it out if you recommend it.

Regards,
Thomas

Jo ...

We are scheduled for Yorktown latish in the day on Sunday. Would you like to try to connect?

Michelle ...

I don't stay on dry land even at home. I am squishing through a flooded basement trying to get all the laundry done And that's why G*d invented boat shoes.

Thomas ...

That Charleston/JAX run sounds pretty enticing.

I shall report back.

Lisa ...

Yeah, I am really loving the small ships. Not to everyone's taste, to be sure, but certainly to mine.

And the sun IS shining !!!
