Default Oceanfront Property in......Orlando?

I saw on CruiseMates News that Grandeur of the Seas will be cruising to Orlando? That will be quite a spectacle!

I hope they don't forget about OCOEE. Maybe our Lake Olympia can berth a ship. This has been bad editing or just don't know any better.

I second Angela. You never know what Disney is capable of as far as engineering. They took a 4 lane road and turned it into an engineering marvel of 10 lanes that provide easy on/off access and ease of travel . It's quite easy to spot where Disney property starts along I-4 and ends. Maybe they will dig the canal and let others use it. Not that far fetched. If the can get the ships that they do now under the skyway bridge, Orlando is always a possibility. Ya just never know here in Fl.

Royal Caribbean International (RCI) has announced new itineraries scheduled for 2004.

...

Grandeur of the Seas will sail out of Baltimore from July through October. Grandeur will offer a seven-night itinerary including visits to Key West; Orlando; Freeport, Grand Bahamas; and Royal Caribbean's private island, CocoCay, as well as select 10- and 11-night Caribbean cruises and two special Canada/New England sailings in October.

Wow, just next year there will be ships in and out of our fine city! This is something I would be lining up at the port to see! If I can find out where it is!

Cheers,
Michelle B.

Yes, this is true.

Didn't you hear they're going to move Orlando in the spring?

Regards,
Thomas

They can stop in Orlando the same way cruise ships stop in Rome and Florence, I guess.
