Default Help, I'm falling asleep!

I am having to read some very dull technical documentation here at work, and can feel my eyelids getting heavier and heavier!

I think I'll get up and walk around a bit, that might help.

What do you guys do when you feel yourself getting sleepy at work?

Cheers,
Michelle B.

Think about sex.

Oh, but you can't do that because you're still single!!

Go for ice cream......which I'm about ready to do now after researching regulations on-line for the past two hours.

Mary Margret!

By now Michelle you are home and you probably aren't sleepy at all.

Mike, you and Jake would get along well. I can't even count the number of Rock CD's he has. Thank heaven for headphones.

Falling asleep at work would be a bad thing for me as I have a job where I spend a lot of the day driving from place to place! I think I do a version of that sometimes though because every now and then I'll be driving along (436 or 441 especially) and have to stop and think about where I'm going.

I fall asleep almost every day at work - I work in a daycare, and playing those lullabye tapes at nap-time just zonk me right out! Too bad they don't always work for the kids!

I have to get up and walk around, go outside or out into the manufacturing plant. Sometimes getting something to drink helps, but I think it's movement more than anything else.

I usually just sleep, I have eyeballs tattooed on my eyelids so everyone thinks I'm awake. The problem is that I snore, I think that's what gives it away. {{BFG}}
