Default Deck preference query

I am looking to go on a cruise with Ocean Village in September and was just wondering if anyone knew the difference between the decks. Ive got a choice of going in an outside cabin on E deck or on C or D deck and just wanted to find out what the difference was? Quieter? Is it worth paying the extra money for a higher up deck? Please let me know.

When it comes to selecting a deck, we think the lower the better for stability. My husband has a tendency to motion sickness, so we stay in the middle of the ship as much as possible.
