Per the request of some on this board regarding whether or not I should post a review of the Statendam as I have only cruised once and have nothing to compare it to; please see my review posted in the ship reviews section.
Joyce, you don;' need anything else to compare it to. Your impressions and thoughts are just a valid as someone who has done dozens of cruises. We appreciate your review and I for one intend on reading it.

Since I was one of the folks who encouraged the review, I can't wait to read your first time cruise impressions. Also can't wait to read your second , third, etc.

As you probably know, your review has already shown up on one of those "other" websites. I would say you did a pretty good job for a novice. Besides your initial bad treatment, it sounds like you had a good cruise. Well done, DLJW!
