Default I'm going to burry my credit card

I paid bills this morning. Paid off my credit card and promptly booked a four night mini cruise 12-22 over Xmas on the Monarch of the Seas. I was so glad I had paid off my credit card. Why did I do this you might ask.

Well David and I each needed 2000 miles on Alaska airlines to pay for our airfare to Puerto Vallarta in June. By flying to L.A. for this four dayer, we then have the required miles and now we won't have to pay airfare to P.V. which saved us about $600 a piece. How's that for rationalization? It's sounding better all the time.

Ugh!

Chuck,
I am sure it makes sense in your mind! <VBG> But, gotta get those points( Did that with the new car , max deposit on the Amex for points)

Let us know how the Monarch is, all 3 of us are going to squeeeeeze into a Cat H on her for 4 days March 15 (After 4 days Disneyland).

Hmmm, I used points to get to Phoenix in May for a friends wedding, paid for the hotel and air fare!!! :-)

Now I am quickly building up some more with my deposits for the "biggie" cruise next year, oh, and then there was the Glory, hmmmm! Part time work might be a good thing right now besides hiding the credit cards!

For you anything Pamda. P.S. I'm glad you're around more lately. You always add a wink or two to these boards and it makes it fun!

Richard, I will. We're cat F which is essentially the same room you have. I heard the remodel was done fairly well but cabins are quite small.

Chuck, loved the rationale.

I've been trying to book the Monarch for weeks now ... just waiting for rates to drop. They do have some super rates in December (I think) with $199 for an inside. I'm hoping they will be down like that in January for my post-holiday cruise.

Susie, I think that part time job is just a myth. {{wink & grin}}
