Mickey, Cruise Planners is a franchise and only as good as the person operating it.

I have used a "Cruise Planner" located in Pennsylvania, as have many CMs, are am past delighted with her work and efforts. I can't say her name, but just watch the ad banners across the top.

Mickey, you can contact the various agencies that monitor such businesses to see if they are members in good standing. You can also contact the Better Business Bureau to see if there are any complaints. And there is always word of mouth. I, too, have dealt with thre agency in PA and have had great luck.

Thanks everyone! I did contact Nancy in PA and she even beat the price that the one in NJ gave me. So Nancy it is!

Hi Michele-- answered your post on the other crusie board--- its the same as the above posters-----
Ok did you mean to say NJ not PA---- in the above answer ? just teasing here--- just wish I could make my mind up and book another cruise---- too many choices and not enough money--- but then again when there's a will there's a way
Cheers and enjoy
April
