I am soooo excited today, we actually received our Princess Captain's Circle Membership packages in the mail today!!! Break out the bubbly!!!
The second sentence of the Princess welcome letter states "We at Princess value our customers."
I'm sure they do, after all our cruise was January 2002, so it took ONLY 23 MONTHS to get the card. I feel valued...NOT! (Actually the person at Princess I talked to a month ago couldn't believe we still hadn't received them so she got them to us quickly)
I guess this kind of ties in with Chucks post " Special Niceties- by cruise line " - it's the little things that count. Some cruise lines are better than others.
Next Princess cruise...don't know yet. We have a short RCI on the Monarch in March and then we're hoping for a 7 day Hawaii on NCL (or one way on Celebrity Honolulu to Van) in 2005. But with Princess moving a ship to Galveston, that has got us interested too.
Our experience is the opposite of yours-RCI card was 5 weeks after our cruise. Go figure!
