In today's Montreal Gazette, and I'm sure many other local newspapers, is Dave Barry's humour column. This week he recounts his recent experience with cruising from Ft. Lauderdale, on "The Restaurant of the Seas". Good reading, and quite funny, check it out!
I'll have to look for that one - we always have a Dave Berry column. Today's travel section in our Atlanta paper is totally devoted to cruising! There's even an article about "reluctant spouse cruisers" which my dh read!! Hope it helps...

We don't get the Dave Barry column in the L.A.Times. I wonder where I could find it? Today's travel section was devoted to travel resources in general. They do it annually. I wish it would have been cruise-only. I know it's really important, but frankly, I'm getting tired of reading about airport security all the time.
Thanks for the link. I printed it out and read parts of it aloud to the family.
As a result, my niece and nephew, who took their first cruise with us last year, are now talking about possibly joining us again. Unlike the rest of us, they have not been to sea since the first one, and are feeling a bit of the ache. It would be fun to have them along again.
Sensation 2/03 I disembarked, but never really left the ship.
Enchantment 9/03 Just had to go back.
Inspiration 3/04 Just have to go back again, and again, and again...
