My DH has started to get excited about our trip. He'd been on the Cunard site an gleefully reported that at night they turn off the stabilizers on the QE2 thinking that people aren't as fussy about motion when they're asleep. Yikes!!! I've never had a problem with seasickness, but I think I made a wise investment when I bought Dramamine the other day! Ah, the adventures of travel!
BTW, Kuki, thank you for the suggestion in an earlier posting about going on the Cunard site while we're in Europe. I'd forgotten about it.
I agree on trying it out before hand - on my first cruise I was sure I would be seasick as I always get car sick and air sick. So I took Dram from the beginning - what with that and all the food and the slight rocking motion of the boat I could barely stay awake for the show!
The rest of the cruise - no dram and no problem!!!
