On Sunday a man from my church got his moose (in Vermont you get a permit by lottery). It was a cow, over 600 pounds. Moose is delicious, I like it better than venison (which I like quite a lot). I'm hoping to get invited for dinner.
Hopefully the moose will shoot back at the hunters. Last year in our community there were some guys out shooting and they spotted a black bear. One guy took aim at the bear and another guy suddenly stood up in front of him to run away. Guy got shot, but not too seriously. Serves him right. What had the bear done to him.
