Default Weather in November

I am thinking about cruising in November but am afraid of the weather and rough seas I have sailed in April and the weather was great on the ship and at ports. What is your take should you wait or try and risk it?

Where will you be cruising? If it's the Caribbean you should be fine. Hurricane season is over and temperatues will be in the 80's. There is never a guarantee that you won't run into rain or some semi-rough seas but it shouldn't be a cruise buster. Actually the temperatures and rain levels for Cozumel are about the same in November as they are in April.

If you are cruising the North Atlantic you may be in for a cold and rough ride. <VBG>

Take care,
Mike

You didn't say where you'll be cruising, Greg. If you're talking about the Caribbean, I'd say the weather and the seas will be just fine. We've sailed to both the E. & W. Carib. in November and December, and the only weather problem we encountered was a chilly Key West in mid-December.

Thinking about cruising out of New Orleans or Galveston to the Caribbean.
