Tjhought I'd let you all know that my mom was finally allowed to come home from the hospital this afternoon! I brought her here for dinner (and because my dog missed her SO much!), then I brought her home to her house late tonight. She's all unpacked and settled in and VERY glad to be home again. My sister and I will be making daily visits to help her out with cooking, cleaning, washing etc. but at least she is home!
Great news!!!! Positive thoughts coming your way that all will stay calm and allow you all to relax and enjoy the Christmas Holidays. ( you already had Thanksgiving, right?) Thanks for letting us know.
Wondeful news Donna. Now that she is in familiar surroundings perhaps she will begin to feel better. Still saying prayers for her continued health inprovements.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
Lisa, they told her her lung was clear, so that's good. Now, if I can just make sure she doesn't start smoking again now that she's home!! (I threw out all her cigarettes. She hasn't had a smoke since the morning I first took her in almost 2 weeks ago!)
Great news. I know she was missed and is glad to be home. The smoking battle is a tough one and I hope she comes out on top!

Good news is always great to hear - good luck to your Mom on quitting smoking - I would iimagine it is a very hard to thing to do - and keep doing. It sounds like she has a wonderful supportive family - you are to be commended for being there for her. Hugs to your Mom and good wishes. TTFN Jennifer
