Default RCCL

For planning purposes, does RCCL "automatically" charge you the tip (like Princess Cruise)> 7-day would be $???

Hi CB,
No, they don't automatically charge the tips, but you can arrange it so they do. Otherwise its cash in envelopes.

they do give you the OPTION, unlike some other lines.... you make the choice.. they give you a form to fill out, if you like and they charge to your "seapass". it is up to you

$10 a day per person is the tip rate.

For my upcoming cruise on the Enchantment, I opted to pre pay the tips and if service warrants, I will add more in cash at the end of the cruise.

Thanks to all who have replied. I am a little concerned about the $10 a day per person. If there are 5 people that's $50 a day times the 7 days = $350. WOW
