Greetings from British Columbia, Kuki and Mrs. Kuki.Sammy looks like a real sweetheart. Looks a bit like our "Bear" - she's a border -collie pomeranian (yes I said pomeranian lol) cross. Thought we were going to get a small dog - we got her at 8 weeks, but now, at two she tips the scales at 60 pounds! So just where the pom comes in I'm not too sure - more like a Great Pyrenees :o) ttfn Jennifer
Emma wishes Sammy a very Happy New Year! I think she is in love! Kramer now has competition!
By the way Mike, how is Kramer doing after his surgery?
And Kuki, I was thinking about Sammy recently and wondering how he has grown, thanks for the update! (P.S. Mrs. Kuki looks great too!)
I love to the pictures of everyones "special family members". We are adopting from a local shelter next week...someone abandoned 10 mix breed pups right before christmas...they have been through all kinds of things...malnourished, parasites and just abused in general. Plus, if you keep up the news...did you read about the walmart workers that were arrested for shooting a stray cat and killing it with a pellet gun? How cruel do people have to get? Unfortunately, it happened in my own town. Great pictures of your loved ones!!
js2003 - good for you. I always find it amazing how an animal can be badly abused and still be willing to give unconditional love. Post a photo as soon as you can - of your new baby. Hope the creeps at Walmart get jail time. Rollerdonna, Emma is gorgeous. Is she a golden retriever? Don't think she's too keen on the hat though lol. ttfn Jennifer in British Columbia.
Yes, Emma is a Golden Retriever. She didn't like the hat much, but she has such a good disposition, she never complains. She also has a scarf for every occasion - that was her New Years/Happy Birthday scarf!
Bandit and his siblings were abandoned just a few days before christmas (as if that wasn't bad enough - there was 22.3 inches of snow on the ground too!) We have been given the honour of adopting him into our family!
