since there is a thread going for the snow, I thought I would start one about the sun.
Here is Florida, I have the windows open, the neighbor kids are playing football in the street ( not a busy one), the other neighbor is taking down the lights from his palm trees,
I'm in shorts, sipping a Margarita and listening to Jimmy Buffitt.
Boy do I like living here.!
Even with the hurricanes, at least we can prepare for them.
Along the "sunning" track, it's sunny here in SoCal, too. Tomorrow nice as well, but come Thursday night, watch out! More heavy rain starting tomorrow night through Monday.
The so-called weather experts at JPL admit to having egg on their faces because of all the recent rain. But they still say there's still a drought condition which the rains help very little. The important thing for our water supply is how big the snow pack is in the Sierra Mountains.
Help!!!! Please send some sunshine to Michigan. We got 10 inches last night and this morning and then freezing rain on top of that, yuck! And we still have 54 days until our cruise. I may not make it!!!\
