Based on some questions and remarks we have received in the past I thought you might be interested to know that this weekend at the port of Jacksonville 11 people were stop from boarding a Carnival Ship and arrested for possession of drugs. The drugs varied from marijuania to cocaine, herion, and even mushrooms! These people were not together nor did they know each other. They just thought they could bring drugs with them and 'have a good time'. The ship is now at sea and these people are 'having a good time' sitting in the Duval County jail awaiting arrainment for various drug charges.

Those 11 should be thanking their lucky stars they got caught in the US rather than in one of the ports of call. Third world jails are not a good place to be. Instead they will probably whine and cry about how they were "entrapped" or some other such BS.

Is this the "Jam Cruise" that you're talking about? Because if it is, it was a ship filled with mainly hippies, a ton of bands with tents set up throughout the ship and the bands played all night long. Point is, if they only got 11 people, I absolutely guarantee that they didn't catch 100's of other people who also had something on them. That's the scene with the jam bands and it was a Jam Cruise.
