GREAT deal on Alaska

Got this email from a cruise group - 7 night northbound on Island Princess, inside $399.
I sez to myself, "self, this is too good to be true". But I called anyway, and guess what - that was the price without tax which made the total $432 per person!!! Needless to say our lets-just-stay-around-the-house-til-Sept-summer just got an Alaskan cruise thrown in. Spent hours on the computer trying to get air arranged - the air cost twice what the cruise did, but it's a long haul from Louisiana.

We have done roundtrip out of Vancouver before but never done the northbound so I'm looking forward to College Fjords. If anyone has the flexibility to jump on this deal it's not a scam.

I've seen the deals on Princess Alaska for a couple of weeks now, for early June, from a number of different agencies.

Seems they have quite a bit of unsold "last minute" space.

As a matter of fact, I've seen insides at $299, and balconies at $399 plus tax from all of them, so I think if you call just about any travel agency you can get that price at the moment.

I've got my TA on the phone, who's also on the phone with her connection from Princess and neither of them has any idea what we're talking about. I've given them this URL and they're checking things out further.
I'll keep you posted. Down here in southwestern Ontario, we don't always hear about the good stuff quick enough to grab these specials.
