"Working Late" - Surprise!

I mentioned this morning that I had to work late tonight (planning meeting for daycare summer program). That was true, but what I didn't know was that after the meeting they had planned a surprise birthday party for my 50th, complete with pizza and cake! My birthday is not till next week, but it was the only way everybody in the daycare could be part of it. I am so lucky to have the most wonderful co-workers and the most amazing boss, it makes going to work everyday a pleasure!

Congratulations RD! What a surprise. My DW is surprising me with a 14 day cruise on my 50th in July..................I'm sure of it!!

Donna: Do you think having wonderful co-workers might be because you ARE a wonderful co-worker?

Busy week at the golf club next week - tournaments, a wedding, luncheons - I'll be there nearly 24/7, so if I do miss your birthday, make it a very happy one!

How wonderful to have such great co-workers! What a joy it must be to love your job. I agree with belgique-you have great co-workers because you are a great co-worker! In case I miss it, Happy Birthday! "50 is the new 30!"
