Default Michael Jackson's Trial

Michael Jackson's trial is allmost over.

Closing arguements set for Thursday. It will probably spill into Friday. Guilty or not guilty? What is your thought?

From what I read in the newspapers and comments on TV, I don't think the prosecution has a strong enough case to find him guilty.

I think they will find him not guilty....just cause the jury has to be 100 percent he is guilty, and with all the different evidence I think they will be confused.

Either way...I will be kinda glad its all over with......and probably he will get off, cause usually the rich have a way of doing that. I

Guilty or not guilty, couldn't care less.

The real loss is the time and attention that has been devoted to this freak show by people who could have been using their time productively.

Only in California can trials be turned into such voyeuristic circuses. We are all diminished by it.

Cruise Cynic,

I think you are very near to the truth. He will be found not guilty but we will all be left wanting....................... come what may, I don't thik he can bounce back from this and will most probably try to do something stupid in the near future too.

It's really hard to call. I think he is gulity, or else there are lots of people who are really good at making up the same type storys,,,,however that being said, I'd wager that he will get off. He has enough cash to pretty much guarantee it!
See you aboard

I'm sick of Michael Jackson! But I think he'll be found not guilty just because of who he is. He'll be free to do more damage to kids.

I will be glad when it is over and the press drops talking about him. As to his guilt or innocence, he is guilty beyond any doubt but the DA has really messed up and if I were on the jury and followed the law and instructions I would have to vote not guilty and I think that is what will happen. They have allowed a lesser included charge of providing alcohol to minors so I think they might find him guilty of that. Should the unbelievable happen and they find him guilty MJ will not go to jail IMHO. He will either flee the county or he will commit suicide or try and be committed to a mental institution. I just do not see him in prison. The DA was unbelievably inept in presenting the case and missed so many chances to nail the lid shut on Jackson. A first year Law student could have done a better job IMO. I have been in shock at the missed oppertunities to nail him.

I think people have lost track of the whole picture here. If he is guilty then shame on all of the comedians who have made a joke out of all of this. There is absolutely nothing funny about a child, any child being molested. Speaking from one who was, it has long and lasting consequences and none of them are funny. . If he is innocent, my heart goes out to him, to be accused of a crime so heinous because of someone’s greed has to be a horrible thing to go thru, especially because if he is innocent no one will ever believe it, they will think he has just gotten off because he is rich and famous.
