Hi Luanne,
I swear it's just hot tea, sometimes I toss a wedge of lemon in..As far as reading, i am a mystery/ crime kinda gal. I collect mysteries set in Florida, and I have some favorite authors, many of whom I have swapped emails with....I love female lead characters, with spunk....Ala Sue Grafton, Linda Barnes, Barbara Parker...
Recently I have been in touch with an author, who's next book is set on a cruise ship. I kidingly told her, since my last name ia Pearl, that Pearl of the Seas, could be a fabulous name for the ship..alas, she had already given it a name...She asked if I would be I interested in doing a review for it, and I bet you know my answer.... How about you, what books do you enjoy....If you want to swap great titles, let me know......Also , if you can come to our chats, we would all love to meet you....
Linda

Have you ever read a mystery series by a lady with the last name of Childs - I think she wrote 4 around a Tea theme and 2 around Scrapbooking.
I belong to a another Chat Board that centers around the theme of Tea and Friendship an these books are often mentioned. I thought I'd check with you first before I invest money into them - since I know you are an avid reader.
Hi Jen,
I have heard of the TEA series, although I haven't read them..You must HAVE to be sipping tea while reading them I imagine... Bet they are good.
Check your library first, then check Half.com..I get lots of books there, also Ebay..Books can be so cheap there...also look at PaperBackSwap.com.
A stack of summer books, is such a good thing

I have to agree - I feel a little insecure unless I have a pile of at least three unread books waiting for me - I never want to be without a diversion.
No matter how busy I am I take at least a few minutes each day to escape into a story.
The way I can tell when I'm depressed is that I have no desire to read.
