Default Thank You Americans

To date my pocket change has been infiltrated by "real money" to the tune of $5.45

This is due to American tourists not bothering to convert their pocket change when they visit our fair city. Every summer, US coins start to magically appear everywhere...

To anybody who doesn't believe in trickle-down economics, little me, at the bottom of the food chain, says a big "Phooey on Youey".

Woo hoo!
Thats like a buck and change in profit, for doing squat!

Mary Marguret:

The American Dollar is worth about $1.22 Canadian. One $1.00 in American coins is still worth $1.22 Canadian. Quite often, when you get change at a store, there some American coins mixed in with the Canadian.

Unless you look at the change carefully, you can't tell the difference between the American and Canadian coins.

You'll never get rich or make enough to pay for a cruise searching for American coins in exchange for Canadian. Also, the exchange rate can and does flutuate.

CC, I have a little box of Canadian change that my husband has accumulated from trips up to your beautiful country. Send my your address and we can do an exchange.
