Kuki, am I missing something? Century is not scheduled to be refurbished until April 2006, this cruise is December 2005 is it not? There are no regular balconey cabins on Century now either (not until April/May 2006). What am I missing?
It will be a party of the Century and I am really looking forward to it. The refurbishment of the Century, a New Years cruise and great people. It's a triple play that I can't miss and I'm honored to be hosting.

You have plenty of time but I think this will sell out fast. So put the $100 deposit down to hold the cabin for a New Year on the New Century.

I am all over this one - provided the promotion I am in hoping to get goes through. As you all know, I am in financial reporting dept at work, which means no cruising the first week of any month, and definitely not in Jan, Feb and March (Year end and tax season). This promotion is a position that the facilities director wants to make for me - in her department (out of accounting) as the Asset Manager. She is already grooming me for the position (unknown to anyone but herself and me). She is budgeting for this position in the 2006 budget, so it won't be until after the first of the year that I know what is going on, but for only $100 I will hold a cabin - just in case I can go. I have never been on a New Years cruise and have always wanted to.
I did one NY Eve cruise several years ago, granted it was a 7 dayer, but the prices were so high, I could have cruised twice. I said I would never do another.. BUT, with this one being reasonably priced, I could add on a 2 day pre cruise in Fll..I am sticking this one in my bonnet, we shall see.

Wait! leaving from where? Going to? Not that it really matters, because I get to meet CruiseMates, especially my esteemed "saviour of computers", Mike! But it might make a difference with flights, etc.....
If checking out the cruise on the Celebrity web site remember that their pricing does not include port chges and taxes....... nor does it include the complimentary group cocktail party, or the extra shipboard credit we'll be offering.
