Nancy always seems to answer back before I even get the change to hit send---- hope she's not having computer problems----- maybe its the Cruisemates bookings backing up---------haha
Sarah, I just don't want to be pushy - I emailed over the weekend and she may just be working her way through them - I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and give them some time. Two or three days for a response is not unreasonable for me.
Nancy is headed to Europe to board a cruise ship. She will be back on the 28th. I know this because I have to do my cruise insurance.However she told me she would be checking her e-mails while she is away.I think she has a "helper" but if I remember it's only in the morning.
I agree with the others, Nancy seems to be a very TA and things do happen..like a cruise !

When my BiL and sister talked to her yesterday, they were having trouble with their email and Nancy told them that she would take care of everything when sshe got back from Europe..so Sue is correct about her taking the trip..She is a very Friendly and Helpful lady..She will also be on the cruise herself and I for one cant wait to meet her too. Have a good Day Mates.
Yep,,,Nancy is very busy right now, and the Celebrity booking site was down a lot during the weekend. I hadn't heard back from her, so phoned. We got my booking taken care of very quickly. We get anxious, but really with over 500 days until this cruise, there isn't any real hurry. In any case, I'm sure you can count on Nancy to "get er done".
