Good Evening to all. I have not been on here much lately but I have been in and out cking the boards. I have had some personal issues and most of it has been with this new company. DW took her mom to see her Sister over the weekend and found our some bad new. Seems she has been taking anitbiotics for ecoli and it is not doing any good. They sent her home on Fri with 10 days worth of antibiotics. They said if this does not kill the ecoli then there is nothing else they can do. I think you know what happens next. This is so terrible. She is alergic to so many drugs that would, no doubt kill the bug, but that is moot. She is such a sweet lady and has had a great life and I wish she had much more. DW's mom is so upset and she is not in the best shape of all either. If you would, when you say your prayers tonight, ask God to look over Norma. I know how CM prayers work and I know you give them so freely. So, THANKS in advance and I will be lurking around. Luv Yaz.
Sorry to read about Marsha's aunt, John. I hope and pray that she can beat this ecoli thing before it's too late. It's just one thing after another, isn't it. Our best wishes to Norma, and to Marsha and her mom. Prayers are on the way. Hang in there, pal. I hope that the job thing straightens itself out real soon. You need a break too.
Luvya too BJ, and sure do miss you around here! Here's hoping the drugs can help Norma, and strength to you too. I know all about what a shake-up at work can do to you! Hang in there buddy, it will get better....
BJ, it's good to hear from you again. We miss having you around here. I'm sorry to hear about Norma. She is in my prayer book, and I just sent a quick prayer up for her. I hope things start looking up for you too with all the changes you've had at work. That job must entail a lot of stress without all of that to deal with too. Hang in there.

John - prayers heading out for Norma, but if she hasn't been, really needs to get to a big University or Teaching hospital with infectious disease specialists...ASAP! Despite allergies, they can do wonders with E-Coli and other infections (C-Diff, MRSA, VRE).........praying that something works for Norma!
Carnival Breeze with Ray B and Aerogirl 5/4/14!
BigJohn - have been missing you! Sorry to hear this sad news about Norma. I will be praying.
Sorry to hear you are having problems with your new management. My husband is in the same position. He spoke up during the storm about some really unsafe things that they were letting slide (like someone telling a customer they could cut the trees off their lines - not knowing if these power lines were dead or live). Now the supervisor is really angry.
Just praying that somehow that for both you and him things will begin to work out better. It is scary to think about finding new employment with like pay and benefits, but state of mind is so vital too.
My thoughts and prayers are on their way for Norma and the rest of the family. Hope the new antibiotics work. I do agree with Lisa about finding a hospital with infectious disease specialists. May be worth looking into. Please keep us posted.
Thanks to all of you for your kind words and all the prayers .. I have no new update at this time on Marsha's aunt but feel like it has not changed that much since she has only been on these new meds for a short time. I will post an update as soon as I hear from them..again thank you so much as it means alot to us.
