Default I think there's an error on my ticket, help please!

Dear Cruisemates,

This is our first cruise and I've been checking the mail every day for the past 2 weeks. Well, today we got the tickets!!! DH and I even went out to the "boats" to celebrate (Shreveport has floating casinos on the Red River).

When we got home I read the tickets from cover to cover (yes, even the fine print ) and found that our ship board credit is wrong. We were told by the TA that we would receive a $50 credit for booking through them. Then when our port was changed from New Orleans to Galveston CCL gave us $50 each ($100). BUT, our tickets only show a total of $100 instead of $150.

We sail Dec. 4th. Should I just let this slide. Afterall, we only expected $50 and then I'd have to wait all over again for corrected tickets. I'm very excited about this trip and don't want anything to spoil it but then again I'm a little put out at the TA for a couple of other "little things" that have begun to add up.

Your input would be helpful!

Angela, Call your TA. Be nice. Explain that you see something different than what she told you. It might just be a mistake, and if you don't let her know, she can't fix it.

Thanks for the advice luanne. I was very nice (like Mom used to say, "Sugar catches more flies than vinegar.") and got an answer. The TA said that they do not notify CCL of their credit until about two weeks before our cruise. Seems kind of odd though; you'd think they would do that with the original information they send to CCL. Anyway, the other credit should show up on our sign and sail when we get to the ship.

keep an eye on your sign and sail card statement, the shipboard credit should show up right away.
