Exercise Routine

. If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

Geesh RD....I need an easier program than that! My friend Arthur (RA)
says that is tooooooooooo hard for us! No way can we do that one. Nope, nope, nope! :wink:

RD, you're tooooooo funny!!!!!! I am able to do that exercise without getitng off the couch. It doesn't get any better than that. LOL

RD; I found that exercise a little bit too difficult in 80 degree weather. I'll try it again when the weather cools a little (lol)

Too funny, RD :!: Keith got nagged this a.m., because the car had a dead battery, and I didn't want to take the "good" car to the gym. He did do the twosets of exercises today, though, with some nagging. Tomorrow, more nagging. :) At least, he can do them :!: So happy he's "back." I just can't keep saying it. :) :) Looking forward to Arizona. :)
