Default Any one seen this missing CM

I know Lexxity had to cancel her cruise and I know she was going to have a baby. SooOooo what and where is she.? Just curious about a missing CM. And AR too. I think Kuki ask about him.

Do we need to get the posse together and go on a search and rescue.?

Haven't heard about Lex and was also wondering. AR was upset about some post of his deleted. I think it was something Kuki actually deleted :o

Certainly nothing I remember. Can't remember ever deleting an AR post (though it's possible).

But.. something I've learned over all the years I've been doing this here, and for AOL, unfortunately people do come and go (and not simply because they got their feeling hurt over a deletion).

It is a cruising related web site, and people's cirumstances or interests change, and for various reasons, their interest or ability to cruise wanes, and they move on. Kind of natural occurance, though it can be sad.

I could spend a month lisiting and reminiscing about names of people who used to be "regular" posters over the 9 years I've been doing this sort of thing. I normally avoid doing so, cause in a way it's sad, not unlike when good neighbors move away. It happens

The message board world is transitory and actually there is nothing wrong with that. There have been folks that drop in and out when they are getting ready for their cruises or just to say hi.

Some of us make it a part of our daily routine and are the core group but we are the vast minority of people who use the boards. Lurkers and short time people outnumber us about 60 to 1.

Take care,
Mike

If we're setting up a rumble in a dark alley, I'll go on the lurkers squad.

I can still hear the rosary beads swishing as the nuns walked....usually at a fast pace cause they were mad about something and on their way to correct the perpertrator!

It could be the Crips and the Bloods. I think I'll be part of the Crips.

I don't think it would be rumble but more like a "Cruise Off"

Take care,
Mike
