Default Christmas Magic

Is there anything more magical than a child opening a present they really like?
This is my grandaughter, opening a "Wiggles" video on Christmas Eve.

if you'd like to see more, they're in the Personal Gallery under "White Christmas".

My little girl, about the same age, got a Wiggles book for her LeapPad.... then she broke the pen for it. Do they sell just the pen??? Oooooh Noooo. Even though it is easily replaceable, they do want you to just give up and buy a whole new unit.....

Wiggles comes a distant second to Dora the Explorer for my little bunny, BTW.

My son, 18 months, got a Thomas the Tank Engine video with bonus model train toy. I told my wife to buy it.... she said okay, just for the video, though.... he never puts the little Thomas train down... ever.

CC, Wiggles come 2nd to Dora for this one too. Fortunately, I also got her a Dor outfit which she loved. And I fully understand about Thomas. When my son was little he was Thomas obsessed. Whole bedroom decorated in Thomas, every Thomas book, video, train, etc. We still have them! He also had a Thomas sweatsuit that I had to remove only when he was asleep, so I could wash it. Ahh, childhood...

Okay... let's compare: My little girl, when asked by anyone, what she wants for Christmas...... Dora Presents!.... from who? ..... Santa!

And she got them.

The relatives from all over spoiled her rotten. She got the Dora bed canopy, the Dora headboard, two different Dora dolls, she already had the Dora book for LeapPad, and Dora videos out the wazoo. Dora PJ's and little Dora plastic figurines in her stocking. I HATE Disney Inc.

Sounds like my grandaughter would love to come play at your house, and your son would love to come play at our house with my son's old Thomas trains!

she is adorable!

My little niece is an avid Wiggles watcher. She was almost a year old when i went up there to spend time with my family this summer. The siggles would come on, she would start "dancing" and did not budge until it was over.

She is now 18 months, and I will post pictures of Christmas from my family.
