A long time ago, we were somewheres in the Bahamas, we stopped at a bar called The Windjammer. They are now closed. Anyhow, they had this concoction that if you could drink one, you could get the second one free.

It was called: "The Secret of the Winjammer - The Elixir of the Main".

The recipe: 1 3/4 oz. Myers Rum (dark)
1 3/4 oz. Trinidad rum ( light)
1 3/4 oz. Bols Creme de Cacao
6 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Fresh Cream
13 1/4 oz.

Place the above ingredients (except the fresh cream) into a blendor.

Blend (mix) with a little ice. Pour mixture into a large (28 oz) gobler, half-filled with shaved ice. On top of mixture pour fresh cream then dust with nutmegs and serve with straws.

We were several salesmen on convention and I don't think anybody could do the free one.

Enjoy,

Bill

Woah Bill, that sounds lethal!
I have a great recipe for you if you live in a winter climate like me. It's called a "Hot Chocoalate Monkey" and is absolutely delicious!

In a tall glass, mix:

1 part Kahlua
1 part Banana Liqueur
Fill with steaming hot chocolate
Top with fresh whipped cream

Mmmmmmmm!

This is one of my all-time favorites. It is basically a White Russian with a splash of cola. It tastes like a rootbeer float.

COLORADO BULLDOG

* 1 shot Vodka
* 1 shot Kahlua
* Milk
* 1 splash Coca-Cola

Mixing instructions:

In a shaker mix Vodka, Kahlua, and milk. Pour into a rocks glass and top with Coca-Cola

Here's one for CruisAholic

BLUE BLAZER

Ingredients:

* 2 oz Whisky
* 6 oz Water

Mixing instructions:

boil water and whisky in seprate glasses, ignite whisky, slowly mix whisky and water 4-6 times

If done right it will look like liquid fire and will taste really good (Jack Daniels is perferred)

Does Kahlua have caffeine in it? Does Baileys Irish Creme? Seems these two things keep me awake all night if I drink them.

Default Kahlua & Baileys

Tbug...

Kahlua, it seems, can be made at the house. In ever recipe I see, you add instant coffee. SO in a sense, yes it does have caffeine. Here is from their website:

""Kahlua is a rich, dark and smooth coffee based liqueur drink from Mexico.""

Baileys Irish Creme, I have read, does not state if it has caffeine in it. It's cream and Irish Whiskey.
