Good Friday Morning!

Good morning from Orlando. Did I miss something? Where is everyone this morning?
Off to work for a few hours this morning and then Dave and I are taking off for Savannah for the weekend to celebrate a cousins wedding. I've been in this family for 23 years but have a feeling I'll be meeting lots of new relatives this weekend.

Mornin' everybody,

TGIF!!!! It's not that it's been a bad week, but just the same, I'm glad it's almost over. I can't believe we're 3/4 of the way through January! Before you know it, it will be Spring. Yeah, right!

I've got to sing at a funeral tomorrow morning. It's really tough trying to convince the vocal cords to work right at 9:00 in the morning.

I hope everyone has a great day and a fabulous weekend!

Good Morning Angela,
Yes, this is strange. Where are they all this morning? I am getting ready to set off for work.
Boss let me know I can work at the second set of auditions for our music program so another trip into NYC. Yay! I will bring my Mucky Ducks to finish on the train.

Hi Angela,
I forgot to wish you a good trip. I would not mind a trip to GA.

And Eddie,
You were typing the same time as me so I missed your post. You sing? I work with a program for young singers. I am just the peon but love to hear the singers. What is your voice?

Good Morning CruiseMates. Another unseasonably warm day here in NH's Lakes Region. I wont complain. Short work day for me. Patty is coming over for dinner tonight. Looking forward to that. Have a great day CruiseMates.

Good morning good people.

Quote of the day in local newspaper: "Before you ask a friend for a loan of money, think about which you need the most".

TGIF and have a fun day,

Good Morning All,

Another warm day - high of 52 expected. This has made my son a bit grumpy of dreams of a great ski season slowly and repeatedly melt away.

Quiet day here. Work from home then mail some packages. Cleaning perhaps. Movies tonight, I think with my niece - the Producers finally got here and Pride and Prejudice.

Nothing else to report. Best wishes for a great start to your weekends.

PapaBill January 20th, 2006 07:45 AM

Better start this morning. Pumps are pumping and I'm not running up and down the basement stairs. It is supposed to be a warm sunny day today.
No complaint there. Guess what? I joined the crowd yesterday. I was tired and at the end of the day slipped and fell from the bottom step. Luckily landed on my butt on the carpeted stairs. I guess that puts me in good company around here. (Ray, Mark, James, Mike are the ones I can remember).
Have a great day everyone.
Papa

Papa - sorry that you had to join us in that catergory. Hope you are not too sore today!

TexasFyre January 20th, 2006 08:33 AM

Good morning all. 66 degrees out with 49% humidity. I feel the headach coming already. Mother in law will be here in 5 hours, house is ready.

Papa, what storm did you have that devistated you? I'm sorry to hear of all your difficulties.

Jacqueline, if you say hello a'fore you board, then have a great cruise!

DougR. January 20th, 2006 08:36 AM

Good Morning! Going to be warm here in South Jersey. DW gave me a list to aid in my relaxation on my day off. Main job is to clear out the computer room so we can wallpaper it in a travel motif. We will also hang up some of our travel pics and some of the native stuff I accumulated in my travels.

Best wishes to the "fallen". Everyone have a great day!!!

Phyllbo January 20th, 2006 08:39 AM

Good morning from sunny Jupiter Fl. Temp is already 71.

PapaBill, I'm glad to hear that you got your water problems fixed. Sorry you joined the ooops crowd around here, but it sounds like you're doing ok. Please be careful out there everyone. :D

Jen, enjoy your quiet day. You don't get enough of those.

Laura say hi to Patty from all of us.

BW, hope that bridge is doing ok. I never realized that New Brunswick had so many covered bridges.

Have a good time in Savannah, Angela.

Ed, I didn't know you were a singer either. Seems we have a lot of musically talented people around here.

Hope everyone has a good weekend. Stay safe.

Phyll

FYI, Karen...I sing Bass/baritone in our church choir. I'm not all that talented (I barely know how to read music), but I try to help out.

Everytime i try to sing, the dogs howl and the cats start hissing. The herd takes off and ravages the countryside. And here i thought it was all my sisters fault. ;)

Good Friday Morning

Good morning to all from sunny Southern California. No sleeps here. We're having quite a bit of yard work going on, and the guys are reving up their saws and cleaning up the mess from yesterday.

PapaBill, I'm sorry to hear that you joined the "fall group."
Angela, enjoy Savannah. I would love to go there, and Charleston, too.

Have a good Friday, one and all.

Good morning everyone:

It is as typical of a January day in Minnesota as you can get. Overcast and cool. I am just about off to the vampire to give a sample and after that it's Chinese lunch with Betty and my granddaughter. I was hoping for an afternoon movie but I don't think there will be time.

I hope everyone has a great Friday and a wonderful weekend.

Take care,
Mike

Good Morning and hope all are well and having a good day.

Add my name to Ray,Mark,James,Mike to the ones who took a tumble. I was chasing a stray dog off of my patio and it turned on me and MY dog came bolting out of the front door that was accidently held open by the wind and came to my rescue, kinda. She bolted by me and I tried to stop her and in the process she knoced me on my arse. The bad side where I was already hurting. Thought I broke my wrist but didnt. This is the first time in 7 yrs my dog has gotten out the front. She chased that Rotty down and Bit it on the arse and sent it home where it belonged. I watched as it ran under the house of it's owner and he told me to keep my dog at home . I can not and will not repeat how I told him to keep his dog at home and corralled. Uh Huh I did.. :D I am so sore this morning that people around me are hurting.

Have a good day and please stay safe.

Brenda in Canada January 20th, 2006 11:56 AM

Good morning from a slightly cloudy Vancouver. Work later today. It is supposed to be near freezing here in the next few days.
Tomorrow after the girls' swim lessons we are going into downtown Vancouver to: the PetExpo or Aquarium and then there is a free demo of Bhangra music(dance & music from India) that would be interesting to see.
PB-glad to hear your fall was not too bad.
BJ-just had to join the 'fall' club, eh? Hope you are okay also.
Everyone take care. Bye for now. Brenda

mehawk January 20th, 2006 12:37 PM

Tweety January 20th, 2006 12:51 PM

bigjohn461 January 20th, 2006 01:31 PM
