Hi to all my dear friends. It's been quite awhile since I posted here. Life has thrown me some curve balls lately. Nothing major but enough little things to keep my head spinning. (in-laws, health, work) Without going into too many details, things got a bit crazy here but everything is back to normal again. Tony started a new job a few weeks ago. He really needed to get away from where he was, too much stress. His stress became my stress. His new job was a major step up and he is very happy. I have been plagued by sinus infection after sinus infection. I finally am feeling about 90%. The inlaws are a never ending story but just added to everything else. Luckily, everything is great with the kids. They came home for their winter break and we had some great quality time with them. Our holidays were wonderful. My parents were delighted and very emotional about the 200 page scrapbook I made for them. The kids went back to school January 13th. Me, Tony and my parents went with them and then enjoyed 8 days doing nothing.
I guess I need to get caught up on all the things I have missed. I hope everyone is doing well.
BTW--Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Get Well Soon, etc.
It feels good to be back. I have missed you all very much.
Welcome back, Cheryl. Life has its trials and tribulations, doesn't it? Gotta enjoy it when things are "normal." I can sympathize with the sinus problems. They're not easy to get rid of. Anyway, nice to see you p;osting again.
Welcome back. That was quite a long mourning period for your Red Sox
and Patriots. Seriously , I'm glad to hear that some resemblence to normal life has returned to you. Please come out and play with us here every day.
Welcome back, Cheryl. I'm glad things are getting better for you. With the sinus thing I swear it's the dryness in the house this time of year. Even a humidifier doesn't seem to help except with the static. (heat is forced hot air by gas furnace; mega bucks here in good old freakin freezing New England).
Stay in touch; we missed you.
It's good to see you back, Cheryl!
I hope Tony enjoys his new job, and that your lives return to normal ASAP. And in line with Papa Bill's comment, there's no reason to be upset about the Sox missing out last season. We'll be back this year. How can we miss with Coco Crisp in CF? [Coco Crisp?!?] Ah, Johnny, we knew you well! Now will you please do your best to do your worst for the Boys in the Bronx?
Welcome back Cheryl. Hope you can get the sinus infection thing under control. My husband is plagued by them and it can REALLY do a number on you.

I'm so glad to see you back. I have thought about you almost every day, and even sent you a PM. I was really worried when we didn't hear from you, even though I knew the kids would be home from break I knew it had to be more than that to keep you from posting for such a long time.
I was away for a week, that's why I haven't posted sooner.
Glad you are back just in time for Spring Training. I took Johnny's departure hard, the only thing that kept me from totally losing heart was the chance we would get CoCo. I have really enjoyed watching him play.
Now I can openly admit I'm Coocoo for CoCo Crisp!
Sorry to hear of the sinsus infections a couple of years ago I did a 6 month battle with them, so I know how crummy they make you feel.
Hope your DH new job is working out, and I can't say much about the in-law fiasco's, except I hope that they diminish.
