We went to a Birthday Party last night at a friends house. I saw this item there and wondered what it was. They told me. Would like for you cruisemates to guess what it may be. Some of you may know and well others may not.

Wine opener and stand. Two handles on bottom hold the bottle. Top handle comes down and removes cork. I think you can reseal the bottle by using an opposite motion.
I actually prefer the one that unscrewes the cap off the Boone's Farm Tickle Pink.
Take care,
Mike

Mike, Did you grow up in the 70's? I haven't heard of Boone's Farm in years.
Luanne
Hey, Boone's Farm and Annie Greensprings followed by a Mad Dog 20/20 chaser. Takes me right back to high school football games and trying to stay warm circa 1973.
Roscoe we are definitely talking about the same time period. Don't forget Led Zeppelin.
Yeah, you're so right about that time period. Occasionally I watch the 70's show and sometimes it brings back memories but on every episode that I've seen the kids always go to the basement and get stoned. That just isn't a part of my high school memories. I mean, I knew about pot and it was around and available if you were one to partake but it wasn't the center of our activities. Now if those kids on that TV show were to pop open a bottle of Boones Farm Strawberry Hill and then go streaking...
boone's farm was the beverage of choice for college kids from the 90's who had no money and were sick of drinking natural light. i spent many a night cleaning strawberry fields off the bathroom walls of my on-campus apartment. ahhh.... the good ol' days!

Mr. Mike....that will be $135 for that bottle of wine...of course, you will need to add 15% gratuity! .
Isn't it funny that I got it right and I don't drink? Maybe I did in another life.

Ray, I wish this had happened when you first posted this thread. I was in Dillard's earlier this past week and I saw the same opener that is in your picture!!

I cant belive no one has mentioned Tiger 186. I think in 72 it was like 35 cents a pint or quart. ..it was smoooooth like a criminal going down. But you better not have to work the next morning. Especially on a bottle washer... 8)
