Back-to-Back Cruises and Cabin Change
We're booked on the Jewel OTS repo leaving Boston on 10-31. :D Tomorrow I'm going to book the 6-night western Caribbean cruise that follows the repo.
I expect that we will have to change cabins. My question is about moving all our things from one cabin to another. Do we have to pack everything in our suitcases, or can we just carry things from one deck to another.
The only "B2B" that we have done was on two different ships, so we're not familiar with how it works using the same ship.
Any guidance will be appreciated. :D
With any luck, you may not have to change cabins. Be sure to call your travel agent right away and if the one you have now is still available, you wouldn't have to pack up and move. There is also a chance that they can find one that is available both weeks, best of luck with that.
We have done this twice. Once on the Legend of the Sea and on the N. Dream. Both times we packed our bags and the stewards moved them to the new cabin. Hope this helps. Check with the front desk and they will tell you what the procedure is on their ship.
