Default Lawsuit settled

I just read this, thought others might find it interesting. Wonder how many people were involved. The episode, they speak of is on tomorrow.

A jury awarded $3.3 million in a class action suit relating to the Norwegian Dawn's April 2005 encounter with 30 foot waves (as well as a 70 foot wave that smashed windows, sent furniture flying and ripped out whirlpools) as it "rushed back to New York ... in order to be timely for filming an episode of the Apprentice." Four passengers were injured and 62 cabins were flooded. The jury agreed NCL was negligent and awarded affected passengers $3.3 million. Norwegian Cruise Lines had originally offered $100,000 to settle the case
