Hubby & I chosen as Extras on HEIST filming!

Yup, we started off headed for the L.A. Zoo and upon our arrival, seeing at least 30 school buses at the entrance, decided to head off to Universal Studios instead. As we got there, we noticed they were filming an episode of HEIST. As we went into guest services for my husband to get his assistance pass, we asked them if they needed any extras to which they replied YES, they were actually looking for someone in a wheelchair!

Well, never ones to be shy, we headed out there to talk to someone and eventually ended up being in a shot just the TWO of us! We're walking around the Universal Globe and then head into the park entrance directly behind the main stars of the show, so good chance we'll be seen if we dont' end up on the cutting room floor!

The episode is to be shown Tuesday, May 2nd (or POSSIBLY April 25th) we'll be on our cruise both of those days but plan to TIVO it while we're gone...

Soooo, if anyone wants to see the blonde and her hubby in their TV debut (haha!) be sure to tune in...

Wow! Now it feels like I know somebody famous. Hope I remember to try and catch it. I don't think I've ever seen the show.

That's great, Jean! We're watched the first 2 (or was it 3) episodes of Heist, and it's been pretty interesting so far. We'll be sure to keep an eye out for you two on the 25th and May 2nd. A lady pushing a gentleman in a wheel chair shouldn't be too hard to spot.

But we'll have it on TiVo, just in case we miss it the first time around.

The last thing that happened to my entourage before leaving our San Pedro hotel last Monday was a celebrity sighting. Mind you, I'm not an "idol" worshiper. But when I heard that a TV episode was being filmed just outside our hotel, I went to take a look. Sure enough, Marc Harmon, Pauley Perette, and co were filming an episode of NCIS.
