So Very Nice....................

Hi Kids,
We just got back from the Outback, for our anniversary dinner, with almost all my kids....first of all, I cannot believe I am old enough to have old kids, but...................

It was just so darn nice to sit and share a nice meal, and enjoy each others company..I remember so many years ago, with all that the kids went through, with this and that, who knew, that we all would enjoy each others company one day, and it be so sweet..Aiden started to get nudgy, and was not letting his mother eat, So I got him to sit next to me, and opened my handbag, for him to play in.. Instant PEACE!


When the bill came, this was supposed to be the kids gift to us, but we grabbed the bill, before they could...HA HA HA !

I count my blessings and will remember this nice evening, for years to come Thanks for letting me share this......

CONGRATULATIONS Trip

My wife and I will celebrate our 47th on the POA in June.

We haven't had a "night out" with our grown kids in a VERY LONG TIME.

What a gret treat you had, to celebrate your anniversary with your kids and really enjoy each others company. I had a similar experience last year when my kids and my sister planned a 50th birthday surprise party for me, it was a very special occasion with memories I will treasure forever.

Yes, family dinners can be memorable. The one I will never forget was Keith's birthday, May, 04. We gathered that night at a steak place, and Keith was having seizures, only we didn't know it. The brain surgery happened shortly after that and all the scarey ensuing problems for the next couple of years.
