Default pictures & personal info?

i see some people post and under their name they have a picture of themselves, how do i put a picture on mine?
and then when you click their picture they fill in their interests etc, how can i do this?

Click on "Profile" in the menu above. Then scroll down to AVATAR. Load the picture from your computer there. You most likely will have to reduce the size of your picture before it will load.

Kuki,
I tried to post apicture and I was told it was too big. How do I go about reducing the size?

You need to use a tool such as Windows Picture Manager, Irfanvew, Photoshop, or other photo manipulation tool to reduce the picture to a maximum size of 120 x 120 pixels.

It is best to use a picture that is just a head shot or find an image that is already reduced. You can also crop an existing picture and reduce that. If you are cropping and reducing an existing picture try to use the best quality of picture you can. Images lose their quality as you reduce them.

you dont even need that fancy program, you can put it on your default "paint" program that comes standard with most computers, you can reduce the size from there =]
