Default Yeeehaaa! We just got Awesome Airfare Rates To San Juan!

I can't believe it, we just got airfare from Chicago to San Juan (with one layover) for $236 per person. When we were looking last month, and it was double that! I am so excited, we booked this cruise because it was cheap, then we found out how much airfare was, we almost cancelled. Whoohooo!!! Now I can't wait for the dock dance!

Yippie!! I'm going on a cruise!

Wow--- that is really great
I was looking at airfare from Miami to San Juan quite awhile back-- things wouldnt have worked out even if the price was right--the timing didnt ----
Thank goodness I could use a voucher for my next cruise--and didnt have to pay any extra---- the cost of airfare has really gone up
Now if only Southwest Ding special would show up for the 4th of July like last year--- I really be happy too
Cheers
April

Wow! That is a good price!
I agree with Trip-I would love the Southern itineraries if it were not for the $$ airfare.
Enjoy your cruise!

Actually Trip, AA out of Boston has been running some great deals to San Juan. I just booked about a month ago at $258 round trip Boston to San Juan on a non-stop flight!

Congratulations on the great air fare. Those deals seem to be harder and harder to get. I'm glad to hear that you held out and finally got one.

Great! I really liked the Destiny sailing. Does it still stop at Barbados?

Thanks all..... We were both really excited about it. We actually booked through orbitz. When we were looking there a couple weeks ago, and it was double. $236 round trip is amazing, We've paid that for a flight to Miami! Who knows, since gas prices went up, sales for airfare may have gone down, causing them to drop prices again..... May I suggest everyone who needs airfare, take a look now, it may never be this low again. We are flying Continental, not a bad line.

I've been looking for cheap airfare to San Juan in early December out of JFK. I looked into Jet Blue. They wanted $602 round trip for 2 adults-not what I call a "low-price" fare! Continental has had the lowest fares out of Newark-Liberty. The fares have ranged from $178 to $198 per person, incredibly cheap, and, non-stop. With what some of you have said about about rising fuel prices, I'm thinking I'd better jump on these prices now. Otherwise, I might have to walk/swim to San Juan!

Jeff, I would jump on any low price you see. I think it's only going to get worse. As soon as we saw the price, we booked faster than you can say San Juan.... You have to take the deals before they go away!

I found my just by looking at American's site. We have advantage miles so we had enough for one free ticket. We expected we were going to have to pay @ $500.00 for the other ticket and were amazed to get it for $258!!

Yes Karen, we are going to St. Thomas, Barbados, Doninica, and Aruba. We are taking a 1st timer with us, and I can't wait to see his reaction to the boat...... he's also never been out of the country.... so hitting 5 in a week will be something!
