Hope this is a new one for most of you. We made this at work yesterday and it was quite refreshing. We got it as "Green Tea Soda"
8 bags of green tea
4 cups of boiling water
3 Tbsp. honey or sugar
4 cups of assorted fresh fruit, such as white or regular nectarine wedges, lime slices(1) blueberries, and /or rasberries(we used the blue berries )
1 liter plain or flavolred sparkling water, such as rasberry, strawberry(we used this one), or peach. Chilled of course.
1. Add tea bags to boiling water and let stand for 2-3 minutes, remove and discard the tea bags. Cover and chill brewed tea.
2 Tbsp. snipped fresh mint or 8-10 mint springs. (Optional)2. Before serving, add honey or sugar to chilled tea. ( It makes more sense to had the honey or sugar while tea is warm )
3. Divide tea mixture among eight to ten 12 ounce glasses. Add fruit to each glass and fill with the sparkling water. Top with fres mint.

NOW! IF! you want to possibly add a little bit of Capt Morgans sweet rum, I will NEVER tell.
Today, one of the girls in the office brought her smoooothie maker and we had pina coladas and margarittas without the ETOH(alcohol). I took mine and went out in the bay where the sun was shinning and pretended I was in port and on deck of a ship. I even felt myself leave for a minute. 8)
