Default 4th of July Cruise

Has anyone ever cruised in Independence Day? I image it could be beautiful. I"m considering it for next year.

Default Fourth of July Cruise

If you're crusing around he U.S. coasts, yes, the fireworks displays could be lovely from a ship. Cruise anywhere else, and you have to remember that this is an American holiday and other countries will not observe it. My DH and I spent one Fourth in Greece. Our tour group made up our own Fourth!

We were on the Mariner of the Seas for the 4th in 2004 and it really wasn't any big deal. Were also on NCL Dream in Scandinavia for the 4 th one year and there were some decorations for the 4th but no fireworks or anything like that.

On a fouth of July dinner cruise we could see the fireworks up and down the coast line of Florida. It was a beautiful sight.
Sadly the line didn't have enought business to keep it afloat
(pun intended)
We saw the blast from our waterfront pier in St Pete last night.
Beautiful !! and loud.
Nice cool weather to.

I was on the Pride for July 4th in 2002 - nothing special done for the holiday and not close enough to US coastline to see fireworks.
