Do you think the cruise line's ever read the cruise reviews and maybe try to change anything?

Very good question... I don't know the answer, but if they don't,,they are missing a very good source of information on what's good, and what needs attention aboard their ships.

They read the comment cards that guests fill in. If people only come here to vent without previously commenting directly to the cruise lines, they are wasting their breath.

if they are smart they read them all..and if they are really smart they contribute to them all without us knowing about it..

any company worth it's salt monitors the internet as part of it's overall customer satisfaction program
